Terms for using Inkfox AI image generation, credits, subscriptions, and workspace features

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inkfox AI, including free image generation, signed-in workspace features, uploaded reference images, generated outputs, credits, subscriptions, downloads, and support. By using Inkfox AI, you agree to these Terms.
Inkfox AI provides AI-assisted image generation and creative workflow tools. You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and instructions you provide, and for how you use generated images. You must follow applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms.
Some Inkfox AI features can be used as a guest. Signed-in accounts may receive saved history, billing access, priority features, and higher limits. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
Paid features may use credits, subscriptions, or plan-based limits. Pricing, included credits, renewal timing, and feature access are shown on the pricing and checkout surfaces at the time of purchase. Billing is processed by our payment provider.
You may cancel a subscription through your account or billing portal. Access continues through the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
If a paid generation fails due to a provider or platform error, Inkfox AI may automatically refund the related credits where the product supports that refund flow. Subscription refund requests are reviewed based on usage, timing, and payment-provider constraints. Contact support@inkfox.app with your account email and purchase details.
You retain your rights to prompts, uploaded reference images, and generated outputs, subject to any rights held by others and the rules of the AI providers involved. By using Inkfox AI, you grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, display, deliver, troubleshoot, and support your generations.
Generated outputs are public by default and may be visible to other users or shown on public Inkfox AI pages, unless a paid account uses an available privacy control before generation. Paid users may disable public visibility for new generations where the product shows that option.
Do not upload or request content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or intended to bypass safety systems.
Inkfox AI does not pre-screen, filter, or verify prompts, uploads, or generated outputs for third-party brand, trademark, copyright, logo, character, celebrity, name, likeness, team, or other protected content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploaded reference images, and generated outputs do not infringe any third-party intellectual property, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights, and that your use complies with applicable laws and the policies of the underlying AI providers.
Inkfox AI accepts no responsibility or liability for the content you generate or how you use it, including any claim that such content infringes or violates the rights of any third party. You create and use such content entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inkfox AI and its operators, affiliates, and providers from any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your prompts, uploads, generated outputs, or use of the service, including any third-party rights or infringement claim.
Inkfox AI depends on infrastructure, payment systems, storage, and third-party AI providers. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep generation reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific model availability, exact generation times, or perfect outputs.
The Inkfox AI website, product design, code, branding, and original materials are owned by Inkfox AI or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the Inkfox AI platform.
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates operational risk, abuses free generation, attempts fraud, or harms other users or the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inkfox AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, generated content, model behavior, downtime, or third-party provider issues.
We may update these Terms as Inkfox AI evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
